المُسْتَضَدّ أو مولد الضد أو مولد المضاد ( بالإنجليزية: antigen ) مادة تثير الاستجابة المناعية . قد يكون جرثوم أو فيروس دخل الجسم ؛ فيبدأ الجسم في "توليد" جسيمات ومواد خاصة مضادة له
